(Tense means time)
जैसा की हम जानते है कि 'काल ' तीन प्रकार के होते है
और हर काल को चार प्रकार में बांटा गया है।

Present Indefinite / Simple Tense
सामान्य वर्तमान काल
वर्तमान में किसी कर्ता (Subject) की आदत , सामान्य
वर्तमान काल के वाक्य कहलाते है , जैसे ;
1. मैं रोज यहाँ अता हूँ।
I come here daily.
2. तुम झूठ बोलते हो।
You tell lies. / You tell a lie.
3. हम शाम को खेलने जाते है।
We go to play in the evening.
इस काल में वाक्यों को बनाते समय हमें इस बात का ध्यान
रखना होता है कि यदि कर्ता (Subject) third person
singular number ( e.g. he, she, it, this, that, any one
name) हो , तब Verb (क्रिया) singular form में होती है;

यदि वाक्य में कर्ता नहीं मिलता तो हमें 'It' को कर्ता
बनाना पड़ता है।
(for impersonal verbs we use 'it' as subject)

The Present Indefinite
Emphatic Form
जब हम वाक्य पर ज़ोर देकर कहते हैं , तो ऐसे वाक्य
Emphatic Form / Sentences कहलाते हैं।
Formula: S + do/does + V1 + O./C.O.S.
e.g.
1. मैं वहाँ जाता ही हूँ।
I do go there.
2. हम एक साथ ही खेलते हैं।
We do play together.
3. वे हमारा साथ देते ही हैं।
They do help us.
4. वो समय पर ही आता है।
He does come on time.
5. वो इस बात को जरूर समझती है।
She does understand this /it.
6. राजेश हमारे खिलाफ बोलता ही है।
Rajesh does speak against us.
7. इससे हमें मदद मिलती ही है।
It does help us.
8. सूरज पूर्व से ही ऊगता है।
The sun does rise in the east.
9. अन्ध - विशवाश हमें बर्बाद करता ही है।
Blind faith does ruin us.
10. अच्छा तो लगता ही है।
It does feel good.

Question Tag (?)
पहले हम अपने विचारो को व्यक्त करते है ,और वो
विचार सही है या गलत ये जानने के लिए हम वाक्य के अंत
में एक Question जोड़ देते है, ऐसे वाक्य Question Tag (?)
कहलाते है:
( यदि वाक्य सकारात्मक हो , तो नकारात्मक Tag (?)
लगता है और यदि वाक्य नकारात्मक हो तब सकारात्मक

वाक्यों को यदि ज़ोर देकर कहना होता है,

सामान्य भविष्य काल
ऐसे वाक्य जिसमें भविष्य में कोई क्रिया
की जाएगी , ऐसा कहा जाता है, तो ऐसे
वाक्य Future Indefinite/ Simple Future
Tense के वाक्य कहे जाते हैं:

1. मैं कल आऊँगा।
2. वो वहाँ कभी नहीं जाएगी।
3. मैं आपकी मदद करूँगा।
इस तरह के वाक्यों को बनाने के लिए
हमें आगे दिए गए सूत्रों का प्रयोग करना
होता है।

इस बात पर विशेष ध्यान दें कि I और
we के साथ shall लगता और अन्य सभी
(subjects / doers) के साथ will लगता है,
पर यदि हम किसी को वादा करते हैं या
धमकी देते हैं, तब हम I और We के साथ
भी will लगाते हैं। पर ऐसा हम साधारण
(Affirmative) और नकारात्मक (Negative)
वाक्यों में ही कर सकते हैं, क्योंकि मात्र हम
ही ऐसी मर्ज़ी कर सकते हैं , यदि हम किसी
से पूँछे तो फिर ये उसकी मर्ज़ी हो जाएगी।
1. मैं कल वहाँ जाऊँगा।

Question 1. वो वहाँ कैसे पहुँचेगी ?

Answer. मैं अपनी बाइक से जाऊँगा।

Answer. उससे कहो की मैं बस दो मिनट में आ जाऊँगा।

How far- कितनी दूर ?
Question 1. तुम इस रास्ते में कितनी दूर तक जाओगे ?
How far will you go on this way/path
/road.
Answer. ज्यादा दूर तक नहीं, मेरा घर पास में ही है।

Future Indefinite/ Simple Future Tense
के वाक्यों को यदि जोर दे कर कहना हो , तो जिसके
साथ will लगता है उसके साथ shall लगा कर
और जिसके साथ shall लगता है उसके साथ
will लगा कर बोलते है।
जैसे :
1. वो आएगा ही।
He shall come.
2. मैंआऊँगा ही।
I will come.
3. वे जायेंगे ही।
They shall go.
4. हम उनकी मदद जरूर करेंगे।
We will help them.
